INSIDE CLEVER MINDS AT THE LAB IN POLAND Having a production plant in Ostrowiec, Poland brings MOTOREX geographically closer to important markets in the north and east of Europe. The professional staff in the modern analysis lab are an important part of the quality assurance process. Now the lab also analyzes customer samples for European customers. OSTROWIEC Warsaw The plant in Poland features state-of-the-art equipment and reflects MOTOREX’s high production standards. Producing top-quality lubricants means ensuring a seamless process from delivery of raw materials through the final product down to disposal of used lubricant. The lab, specifically designed for lubricant production and ISO 9001-certified for the engine, transmission, and hydraulic oil product categories, is a key element. PRECISION ANALYSES With proprietary infrastructure, a trained staff and, when needed, direct communication with the MOTOREX R & D department in Langenthal, the lab carries out a wide range of physical and chemical tests (see table). Recently the facility in Poland also began testing customer samples. Information of interest includes water and soot content, contamination with fuel or other fluids, oxidation, and corrosion. Measuring the elemental content of an oil sample allows inferences about the condition and functioning of the machine. Coupled with durability-oriented quality, this helps maximize the economy and sustainability of operations. INTELLIGIBLE FEEDBACK The results of laboratory analyses of customer samples are interpreted by lubricant specialists and then shared with the customer in plain language.
